These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Trend Video, which is operated by an individual. By creating an account or using AI Trend Video, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address or a supported third-party account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and payments

Generating videos and images consumes credits. You can get credits through a subscription, which adds credits every month (yearly plans included), or by purchasing credit packs. Prices and the credit cost of each template and model are shown before you pay or generate. Credits do not expire.

Your photos and videos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos and images you generate, and you may use your results for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the acceptable use rules below. You give us permission to process your photos only to create what you ask for. Uploaded photos and generated results are deleted automatically after 7 days, so download anything you want to keep.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of minors. Do not use AI Trend Video to create sexual, violent, hateful, or deceptive content, to impersonate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access it without permission.

AI-generated results

Videos and images are generated by AI, and results vary. We do not guarantee that a result will match the example or look exactly like the people in your photos. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service.
