What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for generations. Each model and setting has a fixed credit price, shown on the Generate button before you start.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits from packs and subscriptions stay in your balance, even after you cancel.
How does the yearly plan add credits?
You pay once for the year and get your monthly credits every month, on the day you subscribed.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade anytime: you pay the difference and the extra credits are added right away. To downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly, cancel from your account and pick a new plan when the current one ends.
What if a generation fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically. You only pay for results.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
