Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AI Trend Video.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Monthly and yearly plans both add credits every month; on a yearly plan, the remaining monthly credits keep arriving until the end of the year you paid for.

When you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference right away and the extra credits are added immediately. To downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing, cancel your plan and choose a new one when the current period ends.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your account automatically. Credits used for videos that were generated successfully are not refunded.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Credits already granted for a refunded payment may be removed from your account.
